How To Order

Step 1 - Find the products you want to buy

  1. Read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  2. Most of the products come with details such as picture, sizing, material, design, pricing and etc. Please go through it carefully.
  3. Click on the image to get a bigger view on the image.
Step 2 - Bid for the products
  1. To bid for the product, please leave a comment in the respective post to state a price that you are bidding for.
  2. Please follow this format, for example:-

    Name: Ann Kee
    Item Color: Red
    Price: RM 45

  3. Most of the products will be tag with a minimum bidding price.
  4. Each minimum bid increment is RINGGIT MALAYSIA 2.
  5. The auction will close when there is NO bidder after 24 HOURS from the last bid and the winner of the bid will be announced.
  6. It will get a little complicated if there are more than two items for the same color. Imagine this scenario:

    Description
    Color: Shiny Black (2 pieces)
    Starting Price: RM 49
    Item No: 100096, 100097

    Mary bids for RM 49 at 9:00 am, 10 Sept. (by default Mary will be taking Item No: 100096)
    Jane bids for RM 49 at 12:00pm, 10 Sept. (by default Jane will be taking Item No: 100097)
    Ann bids for RM 51 at 8:00 am, 11 Sept. (by default Ann's bid will override Mary's for Item No: 100096 unless Ann specifies the Item No)
    Angie bids for RM 51 at 11:00am, 11 Sept. (by default Angie's bid will override Jane's for Item No: 100097 unless Angie specifies the Item No)

    Therefore, for this particular bid, it is better to specify the Item No to avoid confusion.
Step 3 - Contact us
  1. Send us an email at sissonne.closet@gmail.com with your details such as your Full Name, Shipping Address and Contact Numbers.
  2. If we did not receive your email within 3 DAYS, we will either re-open the auction or award the item to the previous highest bidder.
Step 4 - Wait for your reply
  1. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and a total amount that includes shipping.
Step 5 - Bank in payment
  1. We only accept payment to PublicBank and Maybank accounts at the moment.
  2. You can pay us either via Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear.
  3. Please email me the transaction date, amount and which bank account to inform us your successful transaction.
  4. The items will NOT be shipped out if you do not email us the payment details.
  5. If possible, please try not to drag the payment. We will try our very best to contact you and hold the item back for you for as long as possible. However, if we did not receive any replies from you within 5 DAYS, we will either re-open the auction or award the item to the previous highest bidder.
Step 6 - Wait for shipping
  1. We will email you the tracking code of the shipment for your reference.
  2. Delivery time frame is usually 3-7 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.
